The Change

Young Malawian filmmakers reviewing scripts at a mentorship workshop

A Voice for the Industry

Talent has never been Malawi's shortage. Structure has. Valentino campaigns for written contracts, fair compensation, on-screen credit and health and safety standards — the unglamorous scaffolding that turns a passion into a profession.

Every production he leads is run as a proof of concept: budgets that pay crews properly, schedules that respect people, and paperwork that protects them long after the wrap.

In the Community

Stories Made With People

Field work, outreach and community screenings across Malawi — the productions are built alongside the people whose lives they depict.
